Pansy #1- this pattern is worked in dark purple(p), Lavender(L), med purple(mp), yellow pale(py) yellow(y), and several shades of bright green. Each pansy has 5 petals. These have been written starting with the low center petal, and working clockwise around the flower as- #1 lower center petal, #2 Left middle, #3 Left Upper, #4 Right Upper, #5, Right Middle. Each petal is stiffened by sewing a piece of 22ga. craft wire around the lower edge of each petal.
