This is an intermediate pattern that uses 150 yards of heavy weight feltable white wool yarn, and approximately 25 yards of heavy weight feltable light gray wool yarn. The pattern is worked in stockinette stitch, Icord and short rows, on size 10 1/2 needles. The pattern also uses approximately 75 yards of sport weight feltable white wool yarn and size 000 needles for the teeth. You will also need 6, (6 inch pieces) of 7 different colors of yarn(black, gray, orange, yellow, pink, blue, and purple) to help match edges of bones for assembly.  (Add teeth after felting the skull). After sewing the pieces together, the finished piece is felted in the washing machine. You will also use a #16 embroidery needle and a size H and small crochet hook. Label Skull pieces as you finish them for assembly ease. See finishing directions for labeling idea.
